Privacy Policy (aka: we don’t sell your soul)

Desert Highways (ABN: 63 664 604 174) is based in Melbourne, Australia.

Desert Highways respects your privacy. Any personal info you give us—name, email, address, payment details—is only used to get your order out the door and (if you opt in) send you occasional updates about releases, drops, and other loud noises from our camp.

We don’t sell it. We don’t trade it. We don’t hand it out to strangers. That’s not our vibe.

We only share your information where it’s necessary to:

  • process and ship your order

  • work with payment providers and shipping services

  • meet legal obligations if we absolutely have to

You can unsubscribe from emails whenever you want. No hard feelings.

Shipping (aka: once it leaves us, it’s in the wild)

All orders are sent via Australia Post or a tracked delivery service that can survive the chaos of the outside world.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll get tracking details where possible.

Delivery times are estimates only. Sometimes things move fast, sometimes they wander off for a bit. That’s on the postal system, not us.

Once your order is dispatched, responsibility for the parcel transfers to you, except where Australian Consumer Law says otherwise. If something goes missing or arrives damaged, hit us up and we’ll help chase it down with the carrier.

International orders may attract customs fees or import taxes. If your country wants a cut, that’s between you and them.

Returns & Refunds (no regrets, just rules)

We operate under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). That means if something is actually wrong, we’ll sort it.

You’re entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if your item is:

  • faulty

  • not what we said it was

  • or otherwise not fit for purpose under consumer guarantees

If something’s off, contact us as soon as you can with your order details and what’s wrong. Photos help.

A couple of things to know:

  • we don’t do change-of-mind returns (especially for vinyl, merch, and limited runs), unless the law says we have to

  • items need to come back in original condition where possible

  • return shipping is usually on you unless the item is confirmed faulty

How to return something

Email us first with your order number and the issue. Don’t just send it into the void—we need to know it’s coming.
